Order Form
Use this order form if you would like to purchase one of our already designed rugs. You can still use this form if you are interested in changing paint colors. To have a rug designed especially for you, please refer to the Custom Order page, and then contact us using the Contact Us form. We accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use credit cards).
No Free Samples. We are sorry that we no longer send free samples. We were placed on a huge "free sample" list and received about 5,000 requests in two days. If you are seriously interested in ordering a rug, please leave a detailed e-mail, and we will happily respond to your questions. We are sorry that we can no longer send free samples.
Payment Information:
Credit Cards - We use PayPal's "E-mail Payment" system to process our credit card orders. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. Once your order has been placed, we will e-mail you an invoice via PayPal's E-mail Payment system. You can then choose to use PayPal, or to use a credit card. PayPal is said to be a very secure site. We require at least a minimum of 50% of the final cost of the rug in advance (to begin work on your rug). You can either pay for 100% of the cost of your rug up front, or you can pay 50% of the cost of your rug up front using your credit card through the PayPal system (just let us know your payment choice when you place your order). The balance will be due prior to shipping.Peronal Checks or Money Orders - If you use a personal check, we require a minimum of 50% of the final cost of the rug in advance. Work on your rug will begin when the check has cleared (this might take a few days). The balance will be due prior to shipping. On receipt of your order form, we will e-mail you a final price quote, and any other pertinent information. Please read the terms and conditions on the Pricing Chart page before you place your order.Please be as clear and as detailed as you can when placing your order. Your rug should take about three weeks to complete. We want the ordering process to go as smoothly as possible. We will respond to your order request within 24 hours.
