Care and Use
Canvas rugs can last decades if they are taken care of properly. We think that this makes them "eco-friendly." Many people use a rug for one or two years and then throw it away when it gets dirty. Our rugs can last years-limiting the amount of rugs being placed in our landfills.
Please read through our "Care and Use" pages for information about rug installation, cleaning, repairs and storage. Care and use instructions will be mailed with each rug.
Canvas rugs are best stored flat. When that is not an option, store on end, rolled at least in a six to eight inch diameter. The rug can then be loosely tied with a soft piece of fabric.
Our rugs are easily cleaned, just wipe clean with a wet cloth or sponge. A little bit of ordinary dish soap works well. A light abrasive cleanser can be used for stuborn spots.
